Rosemary Kitchen AIOS Privacy Policy

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS is a personal AI assistant service operated by SSDev ("we", "us"). It is provided to invited business users under an agreement with their organisation. This policy explains what information Rosemary Kitchen AIOS handles and how.

Information we access

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS only accesses the accounts you choose to connect from your Connections page — for example Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) or a meeting-notes service. With your permission, your assistant can read your email and calendar, draft and send email that you approve first, and create or update documents and spreadsheets you ask for.

How we use it

• Connected-account data is used solely to provide the assistant service to you — answering your requests, preparing your briefings, and keeping the working notes you ask it to keep.
• We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. Content is processed by the AI model provider under contractual terms that do not permit training on your data.
• No email is ever sent without your explicit approval of that specific email.

Google user data — Limited Use

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Access credentials are stored encrypted in a managed cloud secrets service. Working notes and documents your assistant keeps for you are stored in your organisation's private, access-controlled workspace, encrypted at rest. Access is limited to you, the colleagues your organisation has authorised, and the operators who maintain the service.

Your choices

• Disconnect anytime. You can disconnect any connected account from your Connections page, or revoke access from your Google Account's security settings. We never see or store your password — only a revocable token issued by the provider.
• Deletion. On request, or when your organisation's agreement ends, connected-account credentials are deleted and your workspace content is deleted or returned to your organisation.
