Rosemary Kitchen AIOS Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. The service

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS is a personal AI assistant service operated by SSDev. It is made available to invited users under an agreement between SSDev and the user's organisation. Your organisation's agreement with SSDev governs commercial terms; these Terms govern your use of the service itself.

2. Your account

Access is per named user. Keep your sign-in secure and don't share your console access. You choose which external accounts (such as Google) to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time from your Connections page.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful business purposes only. Don't use it to send spam or unlawful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to probe or disrupt the service.

4. Your content

Content you provide and work product the assistant produces for you belong to you and your organisation. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI output

The assistant's output is generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review important output — especially anything sent externally — before relying on it. Actions with real-world effect (such as sending email) always require your explicit approval.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features over time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSDev's liability arising from the service is limited as set out in your organisation's agreement with SSDev, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

Access ends when your organisation's agreement ends or when your organisation asks us to remove a user. On termination, connected-account credentials are deleted and workspace content is deleted or returned as described in the Privacy Policy.
