Rosemary Kitchen AIOS

A private AI work assistant for Rosemary Kitchen, operated by SSDev.

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS is a personal AI assistant that helps staff at Rosemary Kitchen get through their working day — reading and drafting email, keeping on top of the calendar, pulling together documents and reports, and remembering the context of ongoing work.

Access is by invitation only. Each user signs in with their own Rosemary Kitchen Google account and connects only the accounts they choose. There is no public sign-up.

What it does

Email. Reviews the inbox, summarises what needs attention, and prepares replies. No email is ever sent without the user approving that specific message first.
Calendar. Checks availability, prepares briefings for upcoming meetings, and creates or updates events on request.
Documents and reports. Reads and writes documents and spreadsheets in the user's Drive when asked to prepare or update them.
Working notes. Keeps a private, structured record of projects, people and decisions so context carries between conversations.

How Rosemary Kitchen AIOS uses your Google data

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS requests access to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive solely to provide the assistant features above to the signed-in user. Connected-account data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

Rosemary Kitchen AIOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can disconnect their Google account at any time from the Connections page inside the app, or revoke access from their Google account settings.
